Neigong Comes to Morongo Valley

Grey and Khrysso LeFey passionately believe in empowering people to live their best lives, and Morongo Valley Original's mission is to encourage everyone to assert healthy expression of self to build and strengthen the community. We're delighted to share these principles with our friend, Dr. Rainbow Casey. Rainbow is expertly qualified in Eastern holistic medicine to empower individuals toward positive energy and a more fit mind and body for health and longevity. As an outreach of Morongo Basin Original, we're hosting Rainbow to lead a Neigong class in Morongo Valley.

Neigong is a martial arts discipline similar to tai chi, more focused than qigong on inner work, to promote bloodflow and oxygen through the body and harnessing energy. It is no impact and can be performed even in a sitting position. Grey and Khrysso found their introductory class invigorating, and definitely a work out, with no stressing joints or jarring bones.

The class is being held at the club house at Valley View Mobile Home Park in Morongo Valley on Wednesday mornings at 10:30 am. Park rules for visitors apply at all times. Social distancing, vaccination, and masks are required to participate. To register for the class and for information on class fees, recommended wear, and more information about Neigong, call or text Rainbow Casey at 760-808-4774.
